If you're looking to gather valuable insights from your event to better understand your audience and enhance future events, take advantage of the comprehensive event analytics available on RingCentral Events. This guide gives an overview of all available reports and dashboards.
Important: The availability of analytics and reports depends on the chosen event format (Webinar, Virtual, Hybrid or Onsite) and your subscription plan. Note that our legacy Starter plan has access to a limited number of reports.
Downloading reports
To download a report, go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports. Here, the reports are conveniently categorized into several sections: Event, People & Attendance, Engagement, Replay and Expo.
Each report has a brief description beneath its title. For more information and a list of fields included in the report, hover over the report tile and click More Details.
To download a report, click Generate CSV. In case the report is available for individual event areas, click Generate and select the preferred option from the drop-down.
Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV. Alternatively, click the Circular arrow icon to regenerate the report or generate another one for a different segment.
At any time, go to the Downloads tab to find all reports generated during the last week. Here you can download or regenerate a report by hovering over it.
List of all reports
Below you can find the list of all reports with a brief description so you can quickly find the insightful data you need for your event:
- All Reports bundle: Compilation of all reports in one ZIP archive ready to download.
- Event summary: High-level metrics for your event as a whole (ticket sales, attendee info, survey scores, etc) or for an individual segment (Stage, Session or Expo booth).
- My Agenda: List of registrants who added a segment to My Agenda, with the relative segments.
- Schedule: List of your schedule items including segment details, tags and speakers. For in-person events, it also includes information about in-person attendance.
- Survey feedback: List of mid-event and post-event survey feedback and scores from your attendees.
- Registrants: List of people who registered for your event, including their registration details.
- Attendees: List of people who attended your event, including their registration details.
- No-shows: List of people who registered but didn’t attend your event, including their registration details.
- Attendee log: Detailed log of all your attendees’ movement across event areas - including the areas that they visited and for how long.
- Online attendee count over time: Number of online attendees in each area of your event, sampled at one-minute intervals.
- Segment registrations: List of people who reserved a seat in an onsite segment, including possible check-in and check-out times.
- Time spent online: List of all attendees and the amount of time they spent in your event or in a specific event area (Stage, Session or Expo booth).
- Time spent online per segment: List of all attendees and the amount of time they spent in a specific schedule segment in your event.
- Event chat: Detailed log of all public chat messages sent in specific areas of your event.
- Connections: List of all attendees who participated in Speed networking meetings, including the number of connections they requested, received and made.
- Engagement metrics: List of all attendee and their engagement metrics throughout the event, including areas visited, chat messages sent, chat reactions, questions asked & answered, networking matches, call to action clicks, and more.
- Poll results: List of all answers given to polls posted in the Polls tab across the event.
- Q&As: List of questions and answers recorded in the Q&A tab across the event, including the number of upvotes and attendee details.
- Scheduled meetings: List of all the meetings scheduled during your event, including their participants and duration.
- Speed networking: List of all Speed networking meetings in your event, including details on the attendees who matched and whether they chose to connect.
- Replay recordings: List of all recordings published in Replay, including total number of views.
- Replay viewers: List of all attendees who viewed recordings within your event, including the recordings they played and how many times they played each recording.
- Booth engagement: List of all attendees who visited a particular expo booth, including engagement metrics such as time spent, CTA clicks, and comments.
- Booth interactions: List of all attendees who interacted with a specific expo booth, either by clicking a link or registering their interest.
Live Analytics Dashboard
The Live Analytics Dashboard provides a real-time overview of attendee participation during your event. To access it, navigate to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Live Analytics during your event live hours.

Live attendees by time: A graph that displays the number of attendees participating in your event over time. You can filter the data by specific event areas and time intervals to get a detailed view of participation trends.
Note: Active users are counted every minute from the start time to the end time of your event. - Live attendees by area: A chart that shows the current number of attendees in each event area. This data is only available while the event is live.
Registrations Dashboard
The Registrations Dashboard gives an overview of registration data. To access it, go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Registrations. Here you’ll be able to see:
- Number of total registrations and a graph showing how many registrations were made over time. The graph can be filtered by day or by week.
- Registrations by type (e.g. magic link invites or bulk registrations)
- Tickets issued by ticket type
- Registered Magic Link invites
- Countries/regions by registrants.
Engagement Dashboard
The Engagement Dashboard gives an overview of engagement data with insights on how attendees are using the activity panel, Speed Networking, and video reactions in Sessions. To access it, go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Engagement. Here you’ll be able to see:
- Chat messages (also presented with a graph): Number of chat messages the attendee sent across the event.
- Chat reactions: Number of chat message reactions sent across the event.
- Video reactions: Number of times attendees used an emoji reaction when being on screen in a Session room.
- Attendees on screen: Number of times attendees joined the screen in a Session room or an Expo Booth.
- Confetti sent: Number of time attendees reacted with Confetti in a Session room.
- Networking meetings (also presented with a graph): Number of Speed networking meetings held during the event.
- Connection requests: Number of connection requests sent during Speed networking meetings.
- Scheduled meetings: Number of 1:1 meetings scheduled during the event.
- Questions asked: Number of questions submitted in the Q&A tab across the event.
- Poll votes: Number of times a poll posted in the Polls tab was answered by attendees.

Most engaged attendees: The list of most active attendees. Click Download full report to download the Engagement Metrics Report.
Note: The Engagement Score is calculated from 20+ data points with different weights. Each attendee earns "engagement points”. The attendee with most engagement points receives a 100% Engagement Score, while the remaining attendees are given a percentage based on the ratio of their points against the top user. The maximum score is 100 and the minimum score is 0 (for no-show registrants). - Connections: Number of connection requests vs number of connection made during Speed networking meetings.
- Top sponsors by networking meetings (if there're sponsors who participated in networking)
- Top attendees by networking meetings
- Top areas by chat messages
- Latest connections: Recent connections made during Speed networking meetings. Click See connections details to review the list of all attendees and the number of connections they've made.
Poll Summary Dashboard
The Poll Summary Dashboard provides an overview of all polls and their results. To access it, go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > View Polls. Click Download all user votes data to generate the Poll Results report. the report will be emailed to you. Alternatively, navigate to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports > Downloads to download it.
Expo Summary Dashboard
The Expo Summary Dashboard provides insights into all Expo Booths created in your event. Here you can download reports and track user engagement metrics like interest registration and URL clicks for every Booth. To access it, navigate to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Expo Summary.
