Navigating through Organization Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard serves as the central hub for navigating through your events and managing all Organization details, including profile, billing, integrations, and team members. This guide breaks down each area of the dashboard and provides the information you need to navigate it effectively.

Accessing Organization Dashboard

Sign in to your account and click the Profile icon to display all Organizations you have access to. Select your Organization from the list to get redirected to the Organization Dashboard.

Home

In the Home tab, you can find the list of all the events hosted by the Organization. Here you can:

  1. Create a new event.
  2. Search for events by name using the search bar, or filter them based on their status (ended, live, upcoming, draft, or building). 
  3. Hover over an existing event to display the actions to manage team access, edit, duplicate, delete, or preview your event, respectively. 

Apps

In the Apps tab, you can find the list of installed apps. Click Discover more on App Store to browse through all the available integrations and install them. To learn more about available integrations, refer to our guide Which Apps are available on RingCentral Events?

Organization profile

Organization profile details are referenced on the event landing page, inside the event venue and in the event emails. Attendees can contact you if they should have any issues with your event(s).

To review and update your Organization profile, click the Profile icon and click Manage Organization.

In the Profile tab, you can update the Organization's name, associated email address, description, profile picture, and social links. Once ready, click Save.

Billing

To access your billing information and connect a Stripe account, click the Profile icon, click Manage Organization and go to Billing.  

If you're on the RingCentral Events plan (Events 100, Events 500, etc.), here you will be able to:

  1. Review your current subscription plan and check if your existing events meet the defined attendee limit per event. Depending on your current plan, you can self-upgrade or contact the sales team to switch to another plan to increase the limit. 
  2. Manage your account’s billing details, access your invoices and cancel your plan by clicking Manage Subscription (applies to self-serve plans only).
  3. Contact sales to purchase add-ons for your existing plan (e.g. additional admin seat or lead retrieval credits). 
  4. Connect your Stripe account to sell paid tickets.

Team

Each RingCentral Events plan includes 10 admin seats. To invite a new team member and manage the existing list of admins, click the Profile icon, click Manage Organization and go to Team.

Here you can:

  1. Invite a new team member.
  2. Review the list of active members and pending invites.
  3. Change a team member's permissions and remove a team member.
