Navigating the Organization Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard serves as the central hub for navigating through your events and managing all Organization details, including profile, billing, integrations, and team members. This guide breaks down each area of the dashboard and provides the information you need to navigate it effectively.

Accessing Organization Dashboard

Sign in to your account and click the Profile icon to display all Organizations you have access to. Select your Organization from the list to get redirected to the Organization Dashboard.

Home

In the Home tab, you can find the list of all the events and event series hosted by the Organization. They are separated by two tabs. Here you can:

  1. Create a new event.
  2. Create a new event series
  3. Search for events by name using the Search bar or filter them based on their status (ended, live, upcoming, draft, or building).
  4. Click the Menu icon ••• next to the selected event to edit, preview, add to a series, duplicate, manage team access, or delete it. 

Analytics

In the Analytics tab, you can find comprehensive insights into the performance of all your events across the selected period (last 30 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, last year, or custom). To learn more, refer to our guide on Organization-level analytics.

Apps

In the Apps tab, you can find the list of installed apps. Click Discover more on App Store to browse through all the available integrations and install them. To learn more about available integrations, refer to our guide Which Apps are available on RingCentral Events?

Organization profile

The Organization profile details are referenced on the event landing page, inside the event venue and in the event emails. Attendees can contact you if they should have any issues with your event(s).

To review and update your Organization profile, click the Profile icon and click Manage Organization.

In the Profile tab, you can update the Organization's name, associated email address, description, profile picture, and social links. Once ready, click Save.

Billing

To access your billing information and connect a Stripe account, click the Profile icon, click Manage Organization, and go to Billing. Here you can:

  1. Review your current subscription plan. Depending on your current plan, you can self-upgrade or contact the sales team to switch to another plan to get access to more features. 
  2. Manage your account’s billing details, access your invoices and cancel your plan by clicking Manage Subscription (applies to self-serve plans only).
  3. Contact sales to purchase add-ons for your existing plan (e.g., additional admin seats, AI caption translation, or advanced support). 
  4. Connect your Stripe account to sell paid tickets.

Team

To invite a new team member and manage the existing list of admins, click the Profile icon, click Manage Organization, and go to Team. Here you can:

  1. Invite a new team member.
    Note: The number of admin seats available in your Organization depends on your RingCentral Events user-based plan.
  2. Review the list of active members and pending invites.
  3. Change a team member's permissions and remove a team member.
