Access settings determine who can watch and share their audio/video within a Session. This guide explains the different configurations available to tailor attendee and moderator access according to your event's needs.

In the Session settings, you have the following options to configure attendee and moderator access:

Who can watch: Determines who can access and watch the Session.
- Anyone
- Private (invitation only)
- Specific ticket types
- Unlisted (access via link)

Who can share audio/video: Determines who can join the screen and have moderating permissions in a Session.
- Anyone
- Invite-only
- Moderated
- Studio
Note: Only registered attendees can be added as Moderators or Invitees.
Here is a list of all possible access configurations to help you determine which combination works best for the Sessions in your event.

If the Attendee join stage option is enabled in the Studio settings, Attendees can request to join the screen by clicking Join Stage, while Organizers and assigned Moderators will accept/decline these requests. Organizers and assigned Moderators can enter and moderate the Studio. |
