Canceling RingCentral Events plan

  • Updated

This guide explains how to cancel your self-served RingCentral Events 100, 500 or 1000 subscription.

Note: If your subscription is sales-led, it will automatically cancel at the end of your existing contract. No action is needed on your part. Contact your account manager to learn more about your contract.

Tip: If you need to increase your attendee limit, there's no need to cancel your current subscription. You can easily upgrade to a higher plan. The final charge will be prorated based on your current plan and the billing cycle. For detailed steps, refer to our guide on Upgrading to RingCentral Events plan.

 To cancel your plan:

  1. Sign in to your RingCentral Events account.
  2. Click the Profile icon and select your Organization from the list.
