Below is a list of dimensions for images and GIFs that should be uploaded to your event to get the best experience.
- Using image files less than 1MB in size will avoid event pages with many images loading slowly for attendees with poor internet connections.
- Check images that are provided to you, such as speaker profile images, as they may be high-resolution graphics or professional photographs. Make sure you reduce the file size to under 2MB and according to our dimensions below before uploading.
- Make sure to have important information center-aligned (outside the safe area).
- You can download our RingCentral Events image specs, which are great to design or proof-check your own images. The image templates include a safe area (in green) to keep in consideration when your images contain text or graphic elements, these should be positioned towards the center of the image (outside the safe area) to avoid content being cut off when displayed on the event pages.
- You can also use socialsharepreview.com to see how your images will be displayed when sharing to your social media platforms.
Event banner
- Recommended size: 1500 x 600px (5:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 800 x 320px
- Used in: Classic Registration page, Reception page, background for a Stage that is not live yet

Event Logo
- Recommended size: 1:1 aspect ratio (such as 100 x 100px)
- Used in: All event pages at the top of the left-hand navigation bar.
The event logo can be uploaded in your Event Dashboard > Setup > Theme page.

Session banners
A Session banner can be uploaded in your Event Dashboard > Venue > Sessions page when creating a new Session or editing an existing one. The recommended banner size depends on the chosen Session display size.
Large Session
- Large Session Recommended: 1500 x 625px (2.40:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 415px
- Used in: Large-sized sessions
Medium Session
- Recommended: 1500 x 600px (5:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 800 x 320px
- Used in: Medium-sized sessions
Expo banners
An Expo banner can be uploaded in your Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo page when creating a Booth or editing an existing one. The recommended banner size depends on the chosen Booth display size.
Large Booth
- Recommended size: 2000 x 500px (4:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 250px
- Used in: Large-sized Expo Booths
Medium Booth
- Recommended size: 1500 x 750px (2:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 500px
- Used in: Medium-sized Expo Booths
Small Booth
- Recommended: 1500 x 1000px (3:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 670px
- Used in: Small-sized Expo Booths
Mini Booth
Mini Booths do not have background images and will only have logos.
Exhibitor logo
- Recommended: 1080 x 1080px
- Used in: Expo segment and is consistent across all booth sizes (large, medium, small and mini)
An Exhibitor logo can be uploaded in your Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo page when creating a Booth or editing an existing one. in your Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo page.

Sponsor logos
- Recommended: 1000 x 400px
- Minimum: 500 x 200px
- Used in: Classic Registration page, Canvas registration page, Reception page
Sponsor logos can be uploaded when adding a sponsor in your Event Dashboard > Venue > Sponsors page. As the next steps, created sponsors can be added to the Registration page and to the Reception page. Here you can learn more about it: Add sponsors to your event

Speaker Profile picture
- Recommended: 96 x 96px to 800 x 800px (1:1 aspect ratio)
- Used in: Speaker Profile pictures across the platform
Speaker profile pictures can be uploaded in your Event Dashboard > People > Speakers page when adding or editing speaker profiles.
Speaker profile picture will be shown on the event Schedule and speaker cards on the Reception page as well as on the Registration page:
Organization logo
- Recommended: 100 x 100px
- Used in: Classic registration page, Reception page, emails to attendees.
Upload in your Organization Dashboard > Manage Organization > Profile page.

Attendee profile picture
- Recommended: 100 x 100px
- Used in: attendee profiles in event and in RingCentral Events account
The attendee profile picture can be uploaded in your Attendee Dashboard > Manage Profile page.
On the Profile page, you can update your picture along with other details. See our guide How to update your profile details for more instructions.
Other attendees will be able to see your profile picture inside of the event venue when you post a message in the chat, when you're listed on the People tab, when clicking on your profile, when going on screen and switching your camera off, etc.
Canvas Images
When adding images to Canvas, be sure to look out for the specified image format and size on the right side of the Canvas page builder, as each theme has its own image specifications.
