This guide outlines recommended dimensions for images that can be uploaded to your event to ensure the best experience.
Important notes and tips:
- All uploaded images should be a maximum of 2MB in size and in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif file format.
- Use image files less than 1MB in size to prevent slow loading times for attendees with poor internet connection.
- Check images provided to you, such as speaker profile images, as they may be high-resolution graphics or professional photographs. Reduce the file size to under 2MB and adjust according to our dimensions before uploading.
- Download our RingCentral Events image specs to design or proof-check your images. The image templates include a safe area. Please make sure important information is center-aligned and within the safe area.
- Use socialsharepreview.com to check how your images are displayed when shared on social media platforms.
Event banner
- Recommended size: 1500 x 600px (5:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 800 x 320px
- Used in: Landing page (classic layout), Reception page, background for a Stage that is not live yet
To upload an event banner, go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding.

Event logo
- Recommended size: 1:1 aspect ratio (such as 100 x 100px)
- Used in: All event venue pages on top of the left-hand navigation bar.
To upload an event logo, go to Event Dashboard > Setup > Branding.
The logo is shown on top of the left side panel:
Session banners
Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Sessions for Virtual and Hybrid events (or to Event Dashboard > Content > Sessions for Onsite events) and open a Session settings. A Session banner can be uploaded under Display Settings. The recommended size depends on the chosen Session display size (large or medium).
Large Session
- Recommended size: 1500 x 625px (2.40:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 415px
- Used in: Large-sized Sessions
Medium Session
- Recommended size: 1500 x 600px (5:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 800 x 320px
- Used in: Medium-sized Sessions
Expo banners
Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo for Virtual and Hybrid events (or to Event Dashboard > Content > Expo for Onsite events) and open an Expo Booth settings. A banner can be uploaded under Live Preview. The recommended size depends on the chosen Booth size (large, medium or small).
Large Booth
- Recommended size: 2000 x 500px (4:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 250px
- Used in: Large-sized Expo Booths
Medium Booth
- Recommended size: 1500 x 750px (2:1 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 500px
- Used in: Medium-sized Expo Booths
Small Booth
- Recommended size: 1500 x 1000px (3:2 aspect ratio)
- Minimum size: 1000 x 670px
- Used in: Small-sized Expo Booths
Mini Booth
Mini Booths do not have background images and will only have logos.
Expo logo
- Recommended size: 1:1 aspect ratio (such as 100 x 100px)
- Used in: Expo segment and is consistent across all booth sizes (large, medium, small and mini)
Go to Event Dashboard > Venue > Expo for Virtual and Hybrid events (or to Event Dashboard > Content > Expo for Onsite events) and open an Expo Booth settings. A logo can be uploaded under Live Preview.

Sponsor logos
- Recommended size: 1000 x 400px
- Minimum: 500 x 200px
- Used in: Landing page (both classic and advanced layouts), Reception page
Sponsor logos can be uploaded when creating a global list of sponsors in a multi-track event in Event Dashboard > Venue > Sponsors or when creating and adding sponsors to the Landing and Reception pages.

Speaker profile picture
- Recommended size: 96 x 96px to 800 x 800px (1:1 aspect ratio)
- Used in: Landing page (both classic and advanced layouts), Reception page, Schedule
To upload a speaker profile picture, go to Event Dashboard > People > Speakers and add a new speaker profile or edit an existing one.

Organization logo
- Recommended size: 100 x 100px (1:1 aspect ratio)
- Used in: Landing page (classic layout), Reception page, emails to attendees.
In the Organization Dashboard, click the Profile icon and click Manage Organization.
In the Profile tab, you can upload the profile picture.

Attendee profile picture
- Recommended size: 100 x 100px (1:1 aspect ratio)
- Used in: attendee profiles in the event venue and in the Attendee Dashboard
In the Attendee Dashboard, click the Profile icon and click Manage Profile.
On the Profile page, you can update your picture along with other details.
Other attendees will be able to see your profile picture inside the event venue when you post a message in the chat, when browsing in the People tab and clicking on your profile, when you go on screen and switch your camera off, etc.

When adding images to your landing page (advanced layout), check the specified image format and size on the right side of the page builder, as each theme has its own image specifications.
