If you're encountering a 500 or 404 error while accessing RingCentral Events, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Note: 500 error indicates a server-side issue. 404 error means that the URL is incorrect or invalid.

Check your URL: Ensure your URL is typed correctly.

Check your browser: Ensure you're using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge (chromium version on Windows 10 and above only) and it is updated to the latest version.

Disable third-party browser extensions: Third-party extensions can block some RingCentral Events interface elements. Open the event in Incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + N on Chrome) or a Private tab (Ctrl + Shift + P on Firefox) to bypass potential extension issues.

Restart your browser and/or your desktop device: Sometimes browser settings require a browser restart for changes to take effect.

Sign out of your RingCentral Events user account and sign back in: For additional assistance, refer to our guide on Signing in into your RingCentral Events account.

Run a Pre-Event Check: If you're still facing issues, perform a pre-event check to diagnose any potential problems with your connection or device settings. For detailed steps, refer to our guide on Testing your local setup with RingCentral Events Pre-Event Check.

Contact support: If the 500 error persists, contact our Support team for further assistance.
