Q: What are the major features of RingCentral Events?
A: The RingCentral Events platform is composed of four segments:
- stage - where you can stream directly from RingCentral Events or play a prerecorded video
- sessions - to interact on camera with your attendees
- people area - where attendees can network and meet new contacts
- expo - a space where vendors can display virtual booths.
- replay - where organizers can publish recordings of their event
Q: How can I watch a demo of RingCentral Events?
A: One of the best way to get familiar with RingCentral Events is to sign up for a free plan and create a test event to experiment with all the settings. If you're interested in our Business plans, our sales team will be happy to provide you with more information and to schedule a demo. You are welcome to book a meeting with them on our website.
Q: Can I run webinars on RingCentral Events?
A: Yes, you can do that on RingCentral Events. But, what we offer is much more than a webinar tool. Whether you’re hosting a live training workshop, bringing your company’s remote team together, or launching a full-scale digital conference, it’s easy to create an engaging event for hundreds of thousands of people. On RingCentral Events, your attendees can network one-on-one, break out into group sessions, watch keynote presentations, send chat messages and polls, and explore interactive expo areas. Q: Is your pricing per event or per month?
A: We currently have monthly and yearly pricing plans. The monthly Starter plan is $99/month while the annual Starter plan offer a significant discount. For the Business plans, please contact our Sales team.
Q: What is the difference between the Starter and Business plans?
A: We’ve included all segments (networking, sessions, stage, expo, private chats) on all plans so your attendees will be able to have a great experience using the participant features. For the Organisers, we’ve added advanced features and tools to the Business plans. Here, you will have the ability to use powerful integrations, customize the look of your event according to your brand, get detailed analytics and many more. Q: Can I run a free trial of RingCentral Events?
A: Absolutely! You can create a RingCentral Events account and click "New organization" on the left side of your home page. Once you create a new organization, you will be able to create an unlimited number of events which will run at a maximum of 2hrs per event. You will have 100 tickets/registrations to use to test out the platform. If you need more than 100 tickets/2hrs per event, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Q: How many attendees can I have at my event?
A: You can have up to 100,000 people attend your event hosted on RingCentral Events. But this depends on which plan you go for.
Q: Is there a version of the platform in other languages besides English?
A: You can change the event user interface to other languages such as Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Hebrew, Japanese, Italian, and Portuguese.
