Placing a custom banner on the screen is a great way to encourage your attendees to participate in a survey or visit your website. This guide explains how to display a call-to-action banner in the RingCentral Events Studio.
Important notes:
- You can create and add multiple banners.
- Added banners will stay in the Studio even if you restart your device. Feel free to leave and come back anytime to continue working on your content.
- Banners are also played when the stage is empty and not yet live. You can bring a banner to the screen before going live or during breaks for additional information or as a call-to-action.

Only one banner can be active on screen at a time. Bringing a new banner to the screen will replace the current one.
Creating a banner
To create a banner in the Studio:
- Go to the Stage tab in the Studio panel.
- Click Present anything.
- Go to the Banner tab.
- Click on the color box to select the banner background color using the color picker (use the slider to choose a hue and find a value) or by entering your RGB values.
- Choose the banner style.

- Enter the banner name (internal).
- Enter the banner text.
- Enter the banner URL (optional).
- In the Preview window on the right, you can see how the banner will look like.
- Once ready, click Add.
✔ You will be brought back to the Stage tab where the banner will be listed.
Managing a banner
To display a banner on the screen, hover over the banner tile and click Bring to screen.
To change the internal banner name or remove it from studio, hover over the banner tile, click the Menu icon and click Remove from studio or Rename.
