Organization-level analytics

The Analytics tab of your Organization Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into the performance of all your events. This guide explains how to access Organization-level analytics and helps you understand each data point.

Important notes:

  • Organization-level analytics is based on a per-event basis. For real-time updates on multi-day events and live data, refer to the analytics in the event dashboard of the chosen event.
  • Organization-level analytics displays data from past and live events with a start date within the selected timeframe (last 30 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, or last year).
  • Organization-level data can be filtered by the event type (Webinar, Virtual, Hybrid, or Onsite).

How do I access it? 

To access organization-level analytics:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Profile icon to display all Organizations you can access. Select your Organization from the list to get redirected to the Organization Dashboard.


  3. Go to the Analytics tab. Here you can select the timeframe (last 30 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, or last year) and the event type (Webinar, Virtual, Hybrid, or Onsite).


Overview

In the Overview tab, you can review the following insights for the past and live events with a start date within the selected timeframe:

  • Number of events that happened over the selected timeframe.
  • Total registrations: Graph of the progression of registrations for your events over time.
  • Average turnout: Percentage of registrants who joined the events.
  • Average engagement score: This indicates attendee engagement during the events and can range from 0 to 100. To learn more about engagement metrics and how the engagement score is calculated, refer to our guide on Engagement metrics report.
  • Most visited events: Events with the highest number of attendees. Click View all to get redirected to the Events tab.
  • Most engaged attendees: Attendees with the highest engagement score. Click View all to get redirected to the Registrants tab.

Events

In the Events tab, you can find the list of past and live events with a start date within the selected timeframe. The list displays the following data:

  • Event name
  • Start and end time
  • Created by: The email address of the Organizer who created the event. 
  • Event type: Webinar, Virtual, Hybrid, or Onsite.
  • Registrants: Number of people who registered for the event.
  • Attendees: Number of people who attended the event.
  • Turnout: Percentage of registrants who joined the events.

Tips:

  • Search: Use the Search bar to search for a specific event by name. 
  • Sort: Click on the column header to sort in descending or ascending order based on the chosen parameter. 
  • Export: Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.
  • Event Dashboard: Click on the event name on the list to get redirected to the Event Dashboard. 

Registrants

In the Registrants tab, you can find the list of registrants registered for the past and live events with a start date within the selected timeframe. The list displays the following data:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Engagement score: Indicates attendee engagement during the events and can range from 0 to 100. To learn more about engagement metrics and how the engagement score is calculated, refer to our guide on Engagement metrics report.
  • Events registered. 

Tips:

  • Search: Use the Search bar to search for a specific registrant by name or email. 
  • Sort: Click on the column header to sort in descending or ascending order based on the chosen parameter. 
  • Export: Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.
  • Event Dashboard: Click on the event name under Events registered to get redirected to the Event Dashboard.
