The ticket order limit is set to one by default. This guide explains how to allow group ticket purchases.
To change the maximum number of tickets that a user can purchase at once:
- Go to the Event Dashboard > Registrations > Landing Page.
- Under Ticket Order Limit, in the Max tickets per order box, specify the maximum number of tickets.
- Click Save.
