Integrating Sertifier with RingCentral Events

This guide explains how to install the Sertifier app on your Organization account and add it to your event.

What is Sertifier? 

Sertifier is a digital credentialing tool that allows you to design, issue certificates and verify their authenticity. Sertifier offers several paid plans and a free trial.  

How does the integration work? 

The Sertifier x RingCentral Events integration lets you send automated digital certificates and badges to your event attendees once the event is finished. You can configure the event completion percentage needed for a certificate.

Note: RingCentral Events shares the attendee’s first name, last name and e-mail with Sertifier.

Installing Sertifier

To install the Sertifier app on your Organization account: 

  1. In your Organization Dashboard, go to the Apps tab.
  2. Click Discover More on App Store.


  3. In the App store, you can find Sertifier under the Polls & survey and Certificates categories.
  4. On the Sertifier page, click Install app.
    ✔ You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Click Install to continue. 


  5. On the new page, click Allow access to accept the integration terms.
    ✔ You will be redirected to the Sertifier log-in page. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected directly to the Sertifier app.

Adding Sertifier to your event

In the Sertifier app, you need to configure a certificate that is going to be sent once a participant attends your event and create a new integration to set up the attendance percentage. For detailed steps, refer to the Sentifier Help Center
