Upgrading to Events Pro, Pro+ or Enterprise plan

The new RingCentral Events pricing is based on a user-based licensing model, which allows for quick scalability with unlimited registrations and attendees. This guide explains how to upgrade to a paid plan, whether you are transitioning from a free trial or a different plan.

Note: There are 3 tiered annual plans: Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise. For more details on how these plans operate and which features they include, refer to our guide on RingCentral Events user-based pricing [new].

Upgrading from the expired plan or free trial

  1. In the Organization Dashboard, click the Profile icon and select your Organization from the list.


  2. Click Choose a plan / Manage Subscription on the banner displayed across your Organization Dashboard.
    ✔ You will be directed to the Billing page.


    (Or click the Profile icon, click Manage organization, and go to the Billing tab).


  3. On the Billing page, review the available plans and pricing.
    Note: We offer both monthly and annual billing options, but all plans require an annual commitment. 
  4. Click Contact sales.
    ✔ Fill in the form, and a member of our Sales team will get in touch to assist you.

Upgrading from the attendee-based plan

If you're on one of our legacy attendee-based plans, the Billing page will contain the information about your current plan and will not display the option to upgrade to the new Events Pro, Pro+, or Enterprise plan. In this case, transitioning to a new plan requires initiating a call with our sales team through the contact form on our website.
