This guide provides instructions on how to log in to your RingCentral Events account via different authentication methods (third-party ID, OTP or standard password) or via a Magic link.
Login page
To sign into your RingCentral Events account, click on the direct sign-in link: https://events.ringcentral.com/sign_in
Alternatively, find the sign-in link in the header of the RingCentral Events webpage: https://www.ringcentral.com/rc-events
Signing in via third-party ID
If you've registered using your Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Apple ID, or Single Sign-On (SSO), click on the corresponding option to sign in via this authentication method. If you're already logged into the connected account in your browser, you'll be automatically signed in to your RingCentral Events account. Otherwise, you will need to sign in to your connected account on the next page.
Signing in via One Time Password (OTP)
For accounts with OTP authentication enabled, enter your email and click Continue to sign in. You'll receive a one-time password in your email inbox when signing in. Note: If you prefer using a standard password, please contact our Support team to disable OTP authentication for your account.
Signing in with a standard password
If you're using a standard password, enter your email and click Continue to sign in. Enter your password on the next page to complete the sign-in process.

Signing in via Magic Link
If you're registered for an event on RingCentral Events as an Attendee, look out for a registration confirmation email containing your personalized Magic Link. Click on it to be instantly directed to the event.
Note: When accessing the event via Magic Link, your Profile Dashboard won't be available. If you need to change your email address or password, delete your user account, or access other events you have registered to, sign in at https://events.ringcentral.com/sign_in as instructed above.
Note: If you're an Organizer, it is highly recommended to access the event by previewing it from the Event Dashboard. When accessing an event via a Magic Link, a new registration will be created, and the Organizer Pass along with all related data (e.g. created polls, Q&As, public and direct messages, and scheduled meetings) will be overwritten and deleted.
