The Engagement metrics report lists all registrants and their engagement throughout the event. This report collects all engagement data in one place, including areas visited, chat messages sent, chat reactions, questions asked & answered, networking matches, call to action clicks, and more.
Downloading the report
To download the Engagement metrics report:
- Go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports.
- Find the Engagement metrics report and click Generate CSV.
- Once you have generated the report, click Download CSV.
- Alternatively, go to the Downloads tab to find your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and click the Download icon.
Note: Generated reports are available for download for one week. After that, you'll need to generate a new report.
Report overview
Here is an example of how the Engagement metrics report may look like:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Headline: The attendee’s profile headline.
- Country/Region: The attendee’s country (based on their IP address; may be inaccurate).
- Ticket Type: Name of the ticket associated with this registration.

Engagement Score: Indicates attendee engagement during the event and can range from 0 to 100.
Note: The Engagement Score is calculated from 20+ data points with different weights. Each attendee earns "engagement points”. The attendee with most engagement points receives a 100% Engagement Score, while the remaining attendees are given a percentage based on the ratio of their points against the top user. The maximum score is 100 and the minimum score is 0 (for no-show registrants). - Minutes Spent Online: Number of minutes the attendee spent in the online event venue.

- Chat Messages Sent: Number of chat messages the attendee sent across the event.
- Chat Reactions: Number of chat message reactions the attendee sent across the event.
- Questions Asked: Number of questions the attendee submitted in the Q&A tab across the event.
- Questions Answered: Number of questions the attendee answered in the Q&A tab across the event.
- Networking Matches: Number of Speed networking meetings the attendee had during the event.
- Call To Action Clicks: Number of clicks on the CAT banners posted in Sessions made by the attendees.
- Filled Mid-event Survey: Indicates if the attendee filled the mid-event survey.
- Attended Event: Indicates if the registrant attended the event during the live hours.
- Not Blocked: Indicates if the registrant has been blocked by the Organizer.
- Expo Booth URLs Clicks: Number of URL clicks made by the attendee in the Booths across the event. This can be the Register Interest button or any of the links to social media.
- Expo Booth Subscriptions: Number of booths where the attendee registered interest.
- Chat Replies: Number of chat messages and replies sent by the attendee.
- Poll Answers: Number of polls answered by the attendee.
- Questions Upvoted: Number of questions posted in the Q&A tab upvoted by the attendee.
- Video Reactions: Number of times the attendee used an emoji reaction when being on screen in a Session room.
- Confetti: Number of time the attendee reacted with Confetti in a Session room.
- Hand Raised: Number of times the attendee raised a hand when being on screen in a Session room.
- On Site Event Checkin (applies to in-person attendees only): Indicated if the attendee has their QR code scanned when attending an onsite event.
- On Site Session Checkins (applies to in-person attendees only): Number of onsite sessions where the attendee's QR code was scanned.
- Lead Badge Scans (applies to in-person attendees only): Number of times the attendee's QR code was scanned by an Exhibitor at an onsite event.
- Appeared On Screen: Number of times the attendee joined the screen in a Session room or an Expo Booth.
Note: Analytics may be affected if users are using Ad Blockers in the browser.
