Engagement Metrics Report

The Engagement Metrics report provides a list of your registrants with information on how much they engaged with the event. The metrics includes areas visited, chat messages sent, chat reactions, questions asked & answered, networking matches, call to action clicks, etc. This report collects all engagement data in one place. 

To download the report go to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports and find the Engagement Metrics Report and click Generate

Once you have generated the report, you will see the Download CSV button. Clicking on this will download the report in the CSV format to your computer. 

Alternatively, go to the Download history tab and you should see your report at the top of the list. Hover over the report and the Download button will appear. Clicking on this will download the report to your computer. 

The Engagement Metrics report should look something like this:

  • Email: The email address of the attendee
  • First Name: The first name of the attendee
  • Last Name: The last name of the attendee
  • Headline: The headline of the attendee as reflected in their profile details.
  • Country/Region: The country or region the attendee is in (based on the user's IP address and is subject to variation or omission) 
  • Ticket Type: The ticket type of the attendee
  • Engagement Score: This score indicates attendee engagement during the event and can range from 0 to 100.
    Note: The Engagement Score is calculated from 20+ data points with different weights. Each attendee earns "engagement points”. The attendee with most engagement points receives a 100% Engagement Score, while the remaining attendees are given a percentage based on the ratio of their points against the top user. The maximum score is 100 and the minimum score is 0 (for no-show registrants).
  • Minutes Spent Online: Number of minutes the attendee spent in the event area or virtual space
  • Areas Visited
  • Chat Messages Sent: Number of chat messages the attendee sent across the event.
  • Chat Reactions: Number of chat message reactions the attendee sent across the event.
  • Questions Asked: Number of questions the attendee submitted in the Q&A tab across the event.
  • Questions Answered: Number of questions the attendee answered in the Q&A tab across the event.
  • Networking Matches: Number of Networking meetings the attendee has during the event.
  • Call To Action Clicks: Number of click made by the attendees on the CAT banners posted in Sessions.
  • Filled Mid-event Survey: Indicated if the attendee filled mid-event survey.
  • Attended Event: Indicated if the attendee attended the event during the live hours. 
  • Not Blocked: Indicates if the attendee has been blocked.
  • Expo Booth URLs Clicks: The number of URL clicks made by the attendee - this can be the Register Interest button or any of the links to social media that are displayed in the Booths across the event.
  • Expo Booth Subscriptions
  • Chat Replies: Number of chat messages and replies sent by the attendee. 
  • Poll Answers: Number of polls answered by the attendee.
