This guide lists key steps and references to ensure attendees, exhibitors and staff members are well-prepared to participate in or manage your Hybrid or Onsite event

Training attendees

Attendees use the RingCentral Events Attendee app, but also can interact with RingCentral Events Onsite in several ways.

Training exhibitors

Exhibitors use the Event Dashboard to set up their booths. They also use the RingCentral Events Attendee app for Lead Retrieval. 

Training onsite staff members

Onsite staff uses the RingCentral Events Organizer app.

General staff training includes:

Role-specific staff training: Event check-in staff

Role-specific staff training: Kiosk check-in staff

Role-specific staff training: Segment check-in staff

Role-specific staff training: Hardware configuration staff

Network is the most common issue! The device running the RingCentral Events Organizer app MUST be on the same internet connection as the printer. If the Organizer App is not connecting to the printer, please verify that both devices are connected to the same network and that no security settings are blocking network communication between them.
