What Real-time Onsite data is available during the live event?

Within the main screen of the Hopin Organizer app, staff can see:

  • How many attendees are checked in?
  • How many attendees are registered to be checked in?
  • How many attendees are remaining to be checked in?

Event Check In

Registrants Report – This report will give you information on everyone that registered for your event. You can use this data to discover their location, how they registered, as well as information about the tickets that they bought.

  • How many people registered for the event?
  • How many attendees checked in onsite?

No-Show Registrants Report – This report lists all the people who successfully registered but didn't attend your event along with details about their registration.

  • Who registered didn’t attend?

Segment Check In

Segment Registrations (Onsite) Report – This report includes everyone that reserved a seat to an onsite segment. It will show when they registered as well as when they checked in and out of the segment. This can allow you to track interest in different segments before and after your event.

  • How many attendees checked in for each onsite segment?

Segment Registrations report – The Segment Registrations report will allow you to see who registered for segments within your Onsite or Hybrid event, as well as how they attended and how long they spent there.

Lead Retrieval

Note: The Lead Retrieval and Badge Printing features are currently available only to Enterprise and Advanced add-on customers who already have access to them and are no longer available to purchase. After August 30th, these features will be deprecated. 

Exhibitor Booths Export Their Own Leads! – Exhibitors can export leads to their email using the Hopin Mobile App. In addition, an email containing a download link for a leads report csv file will be automatically sent to the same email address the vendor invitation was sent to within 24 hours of the event's end.

What can you find on the Expo Summary page? – On your Expo Summary page, you can review the different expo booths that you have within your event, download individual reports for each booth, and even see the number of users that expressed interest or click on URLs within specific booths.

Booth Interactions Report – The Booth Interactions report includes a list of all the attendees who interacted with a particular expo booth by either clicking a link or registering their interest.
