Analytics and reports for RingCentral Events Onsite

  • Updated

This guide offers an overview of reports and analytics with insights for managing a Hybrid or Onsite event.

What Real-time Onsite data is available during the live event?

Within the RingCentral Events Organizer app, staff can track key attendee check-in numbers in real time. They can also filter the list of attendees by the check-in status.

  • How many attendees are checked in?
  • How many attendees are registered under a hybrid or onsite ticket?
  • How many attendees are remaining to be checked in?

Event check-in

The Registrants report provides a list of people registered for your event, including their registration details. It will answer the following questions:

  • How many people registered for the event?
  • How many people registered under a hybrid or onsite ticket type? (filter the list by ticket type)
  • How many attendees checked in in person? (filter the list by attendance status and type)

For a list of people who attended or didn't attend the event, refer to the Attendees report and No-shows report.

If you've created multiple check-in areas in your event, go to Event Dashboard > Onsite Features > Check-in Area to see in which area the majority of check-ins took place.

Segment check-in

The Segment registrations report lists registrants who booked a seat in an onsite segment, including possible check-in and check-out times. It will answer the following questions:

  • How many attendees registered for each segment?
  • How many attendees attended each segment?
  • How long did each attendee spend at each segment?

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors can export their Lead Retrieval reports in the RingCentral Events Attendee app. Additionally, within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, an email containing a CSV file of the leads report will be automatically sent to the Exhibitor's email.

The Lead Retrieval report includes:

  • Attendee name
  • Attendee email
  • Attendee registration form answers (set as visible for Lead Retrieval)
  • Lead type (hot, warm or cold)
  • Date & time the lead was added
  • Notes.
